I’m an integrative counsellor with over ten years of experience in mental health. I keep therapy flexible so it fits you as an individual. My work focuses on anxiety, relationships, and the experiences that can come with being neurodivergent (and neurotypical), though I also support people dealing with trauma, depression, and grief. The aim is to help you make sense of what’s happening and find steady ground at your own pace.
I’m BACP accredited, trained in Therapeutic Supervision, and have additional training in trauma, domestic abuse, neurodivergence, sexual abuse, personality disorders, and grief.
Alongside my counselling practice, I teach trainee counsellors with The New-Futures Project and deliver short courses with Oxfordshire MIND, combining professional insight with practical support.
I like to keep things simple, no jargon, no pressure, just a space where you can bring what’s real for you and we work from there.

If you’re considering counselling for yourself or someone aged 11 or above, know that you’re not alone. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and having a trusted, caring professional to talk to can make a real difference. My name is Sophie, and I offer a warm, understanding approach designed to support young people and adults alike.
I bring over 15 years of experience working in school environments and have served as an integrative school counselor since 2022 in a secondary school setting. My approach draws on extensive training, including a Diploma in Counselling Teenagers from the Institute of Arts in Therapy and Education, as well as trauma-informed practices and comprehensive safeguarding training and experience from the many young people I have worked with.
This background equips me to address a wide range of challenges young people may face, from anxiety and low self-esteem to trauma and relationship difficulties.
In sessions, I create a safe, confidential space where young people can express themselves openly and feel truly understood. My goal is to empower each individual with tools for resilience, self-confidence, and well-being, helping them navigate life’s complexities with greater ease.
If you believe that counseling could benefit the young person in your life, I am here toto provide the care, expertise, and support they need to thrive.
