Abingdon Counselling
Talking Therapy for Adults & Children
Counselling & Therapy in Abingdon.
Finding things hard to manage right now?
Life can get heavy, and it helps to have someone who listens and helps make sense of what’s going on.
We offer counselling in Abingdon for anyone aged 11 and over. We work with anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, and the unique experiences that can come with being neurodivergent (or just human!). Sessions are available face to face or online, with flexible times during the day, evenings, and Saturdays.
You’re welcome to get in touch between 9 am and 9 pm, Monday to Saturday, to ask any questions or arrange an initial session.
What We Provide
Counselling gives you space to pause and talk things through without pressure or judgment. It’s a chance to step back from the noise of daily life and make sense of what’s been happening.
Therapy works through honest conversation and reflection. Over time, this helps you notice patterns, understand your emotions, and find ways of coping that actually fit you. You’ll start to see your needs more clearly and build the confidence to meet them.
Our work isn’t about quick fixes or advice. It’s about being listened to, exploring what’s underneath, and finding steady, realistic ways to move forward.
Whether we meet in Abingdon or online, our aim is simple: to offer understanding, consistency, and genuine support while you find your own way through
